  1. Definitions
    • “We” means TGA Services (UK) Ltd trading as Everything Plumbing whose registered office is 2 Station Road, Brundall, Norwich NR13 5LA.
    • “You” means the customer seeking to Purchase Goods.
    • “Goods” means the products or services which we shall provide to you in accordance with these conditions.
  2. Order
    • All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase Goods pursuant to these Conditions. Our Website will guide you through the ordering process and will give you due opportunity to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please check your order at each stage of the order process.
    • After placing an order, we will process your credit or debit card for payment. As soon as we have received authorisation for the payment from your card provider we will begin to process your order through our system and we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email constitutes acceptance by us and at this point a contract is formed between us.
    • We ask that all goods be paid for on completion of your order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery.
    • We reserve the right to amend these Conditions from time to time. Every time you order Goods from us, the Conditions in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us.
  3. Description of Goods
    • All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out.
    • We work hard to ensure that prices and technical specification information is accurate at the time of purchase. However we are entitled to make changes to the price to take into account any increase in our supplier’s prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. In this unlikely event, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time. Please note that your computer may display cached pages from our website. These are pages that are stored in your own computer’s memory from previous visits – it is important you refresh your browser when viewing any pages on our web site to see the current prices and goods available. Any price changes will be advised and agreed prior to us accepting your order and dispatching goods. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
    • We reserve the right to withdraw any offer, whether voucher code or reduced price, at any time.
  4. Delivery
    • We aim to deliver most products within 3-5 working days. This excludes Special Order Products which can take longer, but product delivery/lead times are specified when placing an order. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control.
    • If goods are ordered over the weekend or on a bank holiday the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shut down period the delivery period may be extended to a later date.
    • Please note that if there are any items on your order that are currently out of stock then we will contact you to discuss delivery. If an item is not in stock we will back order it for you or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
    • We advise you not to book any installers or engage in any preparatory work until you are in full receipt of your goods and they have been checked. We will not be liable for any plumber, fitter or other labour costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
    • If an order cannot be successfully completed due to the purchaser being unable to accept the goods on the date agreed or the delivery details supplied by the purchaser being incorrect, then a redelivery charge may be applicable.
    • After completion of your order please check your receipt and ensure that all the details are correct. If you are in any doubt please contact us immediately as post-delivery changes take time and can be an inconvenience to you.
    • Please note that all deliveries (unless specified on the product page) will be delivered by a one man delivery service, so please ensure that assistance is available at the delivery address if required. Goods may be palletised – goods will be delivered as close as possible to the delivery address/site/project access/front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, track remote from public highways, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. For palletised deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside the project/site/property or off the public highways. The pallet will be delivered to a location as stated above, and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
    • We are always aiming for perfection, however human error can sometimes occur resulting in an incorrect item being delivered. Any item that is delivered in error is still the property of TGA Services (UK) Ltd t/a Everything Plumbing and customers do not have authorisation to dispose, modify or keep the goods without contacting us for approval in writing. Any item delivered in error will be collected from you at our cost and on a convenient day for you within a reasonable amount of time.
    • Please ensure that all goods are checked by yourself and report any problems to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your premises/site/business/residential address you will be responsible for them.
    • If an item on a delivery is damaged, make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork, contact us with the details and return in accordance with Clause 3 below. Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it, you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items.
  5. Cancellations and Returns
    • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the date of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by post or email ([email protected]), giving details of goods ordered and the delivery details. For full details of how to return goods please contact us.
    • All non-faulty goods must be available for us to collect within 14 days from you requesting a return, and we ask that all goods are correctly re-wrapped and must be returned in their original packaging. We will refund your money on orders within 14 days of the goods arriving at our warehouse.
    • Do not return items without first contacting us to confirm the returns process. We will not be held responsible for items returned to us then lost. A dedicated member of our returns team will issue you with a returns address and return reference.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products for damage and to notify us of any damages within 48 hours.
    • In instances where product is installed prior to notification of damages this will automatically void any right to request a replacement, refund or exchange.
    • If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us to discuss immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been given to the delivery company. If you no longer require goods that have entered our warehouse system you will have to return them under the Returns Policy as above.
    • Please note that risk in the good shall pass to you upon delivery. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or shortage which may occur to the Goods after risk has passed to you.
  6. Privacy Policy and security
    • We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.
    • We are committed to protecting your privacy, we use the information we collect from your shopping experience here to process orders. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679).
    • We do not store credit card details nor disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
      • Take and fulfil customer orders
      • Administer and enhance the site and service

  7. Copyright
    • All rights in the site design, text, graphics and other content, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof belong to TGA Services (UK) Ltd t/a Everything Plumbing. All rights are reserved save as set out below. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using this site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication is strictly prohibited.
  8. Liability
    • Without prejudice to statutory rights afforded to purchasers of products, the information and materials contained in this site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, and links, are provided on an “as is” basis with no warranty, and in particular, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current, or that use of the site is free of risk of viruses or other damage.
    • We are retailers and not technical experts in the field of plumbing or installation. If you have a technical query it should be directed to a suitably qualified professional, i.e. A member of the institute of plumbing. You agree that any advice given by a member of TGA Services (UK) Ltd t/a Everything Plumbing will not be relied upon without verification with a suitably qualified professional.
    • The quantity of stock shown on the website for each item is updated, but should be used as a guide only, and it does not guarantee that stock can be allocated to an order. We cannot be held liable for any errors that may occur from time to time with regard to stock availability. You will be advised of any shortages.
    • Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  9. Event Outside of Our Control
    • We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below in Clause 7.2
    • An “Event Outside Our Control” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties (i.e. which do not involve the Seller’s own staff), civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks which are not under our control, impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport or import or export regulations or embargoes.
    • If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract.
      • we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you;
      • we will take steps to minimise the delay; and
      • our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Goods to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
    • You may cancel a Contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control where there is a risk of substantial delay. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Goods you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
